Meet Chris, the unparalleled design mastermind behind Complete Kitchens.
With an impressive tenure of over 50 years in the industry, Chris stands as the most experienced designer not only within our company but across Australia. In fact, he is the very founder of our business back in 1978.
As a qualified Cabinet Maker and Licensed Builder (Domestic Builder Unlimited), Chris has witnessed the ever-changing landscape of the industry and successfully adapted, incorporating the latest technologies while staying true to the timeless values of quality, service, and fair pricing.
Today, as a certified Kitchen Designer by KBDI (CKD Au), Chris finds pure joy in doing what he loves most—designing. With countless completed kitchens under his belt, Chris possesses unmatched expertise in the realms of kitchen design and manufacturing.
Alex’s passion for interiors ignited years ago when she embarked on an apprenticeship in painting and decorating. Since then, she has expanded her qualifications, earning a Diploma in Interior Design & Decoration. Graduating in 2006, Alex ventured into both the commercial and residential interior design sectors before discovering her true calling in kitchens and cabinetry design in 2012.
In 2016, Alex joined the esteemed Complete Kitchens team, quickly earned her Senior Designer stripes. Her exceptional attention to detail, thoughtful and practical design solutions, and warm customer service approach have made her a popular designer. Clients are drawn to Alex’s super friendly nature, and they absolutely love working with her.
Alex’s designs are not only visually stunning but also prioritize functionality. She takes great pride in crafting spaces that cater to her clients’ unique needs and requirements. With her amazing eye for detail, thoughtfulness, and warm personality, Alex creates beautiful and highly functional kitchen and cabinetry designs that leave a lasting impression.
Introducing Stephanie Micallef-Smith, an accredited and certified kitchen and bathroom designer who has been prominent in the industry for over 15 years. As a second-generation designer, she follows in her father’s footsteps, boasting a legacy of four decades in design. Stephanie’s talent has earned her numerous awards, and her designs have often featured in industry magazines.
As a mother of three, Stephanie fully understands the rigors a kitchen can be put through and the importance of function and form. Using full colour 3D CAD software, she brings your cabinetry visions to life with clarity and attention to details.
Since joining our CK team in early 2024, Stephanie has already captured the hearts of her clients and expanding her referral network. Collaborating closely with our experienced in-house technical detailers and cabinet makers, she continues to raise the bar for kitchen design, ensuring each project is executed flawlessly.

Meet Melody – Our showroom manager since early 2020.
With a solid background in Interior Design, including experience in the curtain, tile and stone benchtop industries, and over 3 years dedicated service within the CK team, Melody emerges as the perfect guide to kickstart your kitchen renovation journey.
Serving as our dedicated showroom manager and colour consultant, Melody takes care of customer inquiries, showroom displays, colour samples etc. She also acts as a liaison between clients, designers and office personnel when needed. Her passion for her work shines through as she wholeheartedly embraces her role.
From the moment you step through our doors, Melody greets you warmly with a smile, serving as a knowledgeable guide on all aspects of our company, products, services, and processes. Equipped with a wealth of information, she can address any inquiries you may have, offer a guided tour of our state-of-the-art facilities, and arrange a Design Consultation for you.
Meet Robbie, a valued member of the Complete Kitchens team for over 25 years. What started as a cabinet maker apprenticeship has evolved into a remarkable journey, making Robbie one of our most dedicated employees.
As a senior cabinet maker and installer, Robbie’s expertise in cabinetry manufacturing knows no bounds. With an impeccable understanding of his craft, he consistently delivers exceptional results for our clients.
Today, Robbie’s role has expanded to encompass factory operation management. He oversees the entire production process, working closely with management, the design team, the tech team, and our skilled tradespeople. With his problem-solving skills and unwavering dedication, Robbie ensures that every project achieves the utmost satisfaction for our customers.
